Description:
Sonic Light and Darkness is a Sonic Fangame that attempts to mix traditional Sonic gameplay with Action-RPG elements. This build of the game is an almost complete engine with only a few features not included due to time constraints. While only a few features are not available, this build of the game is the most complete version up to date allowing me to start work on the main parts of the game. This demo includes Traditional Sonic Gameplay mixed with RPG elements, NPC interaction with a dialogue system that allows choices, Two forms to transform into, 4 fully playable levels and an early combo system to deal with tougher enemies. This SAGE demo is the final engine build meaning that future releases will be actual demos.
Plot:
The worlds being split up into 8 pieces separated by a dark void. It’s up to Sonic and Friends to save each piece and restore the world. Due to the effect of the void, Sonic's soul get corrupted giving him access to his new form "Corrupted Supersonic"...
